  • Cancellations can ONLY be made before the order ships. 

Returns and Exchanges:

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges! But please contact us within 5 days if you have an issue with your order.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like yarn and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, sale items or gift cards. They are sold as is. 

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.
